DESCRIPTION

We are looking to incorporate into the FACTOR production team a programmer/assembler for the operation of numerical control lathes. We are looking for a rigorous, proactive person, with a high level of autonomy and who encourages teamwork in their environment.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure the availability of tools for launches and, if necessary, place internal purchase orders.
Carrying out the assembly, assistance and start-up marking of the launch.
Assembly of the machine according to protocol and tool sheet (recording of changes and notifications).
Ensuring averages and measurements of the part.
Prepare the tools necessary for the manufacture of the launch.
Cleaning, dismantling and storing tools in the tool store.
Adjusting machines when it comes to programming changes.
Recording and checking offsets on the tooling sheet drawing.
Recording anomalies detected in the section on the maintenance sheets.
Daily tidying and cleaning of your assigned area.

REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate Vocational Training. Mechanical Manufacturing.
Knowledge of FANUC programming language, metrology and drawing interpretation.
Demonstrable experience in machining, plastic injection, automotive, or machining-related process companies.
Availability to work rotating shifts M/T/N.
