Assembler - CNC Lathes Programmer

DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE

DESCRIPTION

We want to incorporate to FACTOR's production team, a programmer assembler/assembler for the handling of numerical control lathes. We are looking for a rigorous, proactive person, with a high level of autonomy and who encourages teamwork in their environment.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Ensure availability of tooling for launches and, if necessary, place internal purchase orders.
Perform the assembly, assistance and start-up marking of the launching.
Assembly of the machine according to protocol and tooling sheet (registration of changes and notifications).
Ensure averages and measurements of the part.
Prepare the necessary tools for the production of the launch.
Clean, disassemble and store tools in the tool magazine.
Adjusting machines when it comes to programming changes.
Record and review correctors on tooling sheet drawing.
Recording on maintenance sheets any anomalies detected in the section.
Daily tidiness and cleanliness of your assigned area.

REQUIREMENTS

Intermediate Vocational Training. Mechanical Manufacturing.
Knowledge of FANUC programming language, metrology and drawing interpretation.
Demonstrable experience in machining companies, plastic injection, automotive, or process companies related to machining.
Availability to work rotating shifts M/T/N.
