B2B Marketing Manager

Factor is a family industry founded in 1982 dedicated to the design, manufacture and integration of ‘Smart Manufacturing’ for advanced sectors at a global level. Our industrial project is in a growth phase, and to strengthen this process we need a professional with experience as B2B Marketing Manager.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Your main responsibilities will be:

Define, create and develop the B2B marketing strategy in coordination with the commercial team.
Design, coordinate and evaluate the marketing plan and actions, nationally and internationally.
Maintain a close relationship with the commercial team to identify and develop growth opportunities.
Coordinate with the communication team the brand positioning strategy.
Carry out market and competitor analysis.
Design KPI's and follow up for performance evaluation.
Marketing budget management.

REQUIREMENTS

The profile we are considering, responds to:

Education: Degree in Marketing or Higher Degree with a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing and Commercial Management (GESCO) and/or Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing.
Level of English C1 (demonstrable).
+5 years of experience in similar positions, essential experience in B2B in industrial environments and valuable experience in international environments.
Willingness to travel.
Communication skills, creativity, customer orientation, digital skills and innovative profile.
