At Factor Ingeniería, we’re opening a new professional opportunity: we're looking for a Director of Industrial Operations to drive performance, efficiency and quality across our entire value chain.

This role will lead the areas of Quality, Production, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Engineering and Maintenance, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives and continuous improvement in an industrial innovation environment.

We’re looking for strategic profiles with a global vision and the ability to generate real impact in operations management.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Define and execute the Operations strategy, aligned with Factor’s Strategic Plan.
  • Apply Lean methodologies, Industry 4.0 tools and advanced analytics to evolve the operational model.
  • Ensure performance in quality, service and cost, optimizing the area's resources.
  • Continuously improve processes and productivity, based on rigorous KPI analysis.
  • Implement effective cost control and reduction mechanisms across the entire supply chain.
  • Oversee compliance with the operational budget, driving operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate the planning, execution and supervision of key operational processes.
  • Promote a culture of prevention and improvement in health and safety, with a practical and integrated approach.
  • Lead with strategic vision and a results-driven mindset, generating tangible impact in day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the metal, automotive, or related industrial sectors.
  • Degree in Industrial and/or Mechanical Engineering. Additional qualifications such as a master's degree or MBA will be valued.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Industry 4.0, and Agile approaches.
  • Proficient in Office tools and data analysis platforms (especially Power BI).
  • Minimum English level: B2.
  • Strong leadership skills, global vision, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent ability to coordinate teams and people, with a hands-on and solutions-driven approach.
