We are looking to incorporate into the FACTOR production team, an operator for the handling of numerical control lathes. We are looking for a rigorous, proactive person, with a high level of autonomy and who encourages teamwork in their environment.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Perform machining of all types of parts applying the required quality standards.
Follow the work instructions associated with their job.
Control the marking of operations, identify parts and manage machine counters.
Performing the corresponding tool changes and recording the changes in due time and form.
Adjust assigned machines at the request of the quality department and the information gathered from your own measurement records.
Loading and unloading at the end of each shift of each parts trolley.
Preventive TPM maintenance of your management area.
Contribute to continuous improvement through active participation in problem solving and the emission of ideas for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Baccalaureate / Valuable Intermediate Degree.
Knowledge of TPM, 5s and Quality Control.
Availability to work shifts M/T/N.
Minimum experience of two years working on automated lines, automotive, plastic injection or machining.
Valuable forklift license.o.
