In Factor Ingeniería y Decolletaje we keep growing. This time in the Process Engineering Department and we are looking for a Process Engineer to expand the team.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Daily analysis of the operating performance of the machinery park.
Tool consumption management.
Administration, distribution and management of technical documentation supplied by customers.
Negotiation and technical resolution with customers.
Design (2D and 3D).
Drawing review.
Machining strategy design and tooling selection.
Creation of tool libraries and support for CAM software.
Generate, distribute and archive all CNC programs required for part manufacturing.
Calculation of CAM cycle times for the preparation of technical quotations.
Support to the team of assemblers / setters at the time of machine changeover.
Direct support to the Sales Department, preparation or elaboration of offers and technical support.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar disciplines. Specialization courses in machining processes are also valued.
Experience of more than 3 years in similar positions.
Demonstrable knowledge in:
Machining techniques and materials used in the metalworking industry.
Drawing interpretation, technical design and tool knowledge.
Use of CAD & CAM software for product design, model creation and machining programs.
Analytical skills and a continuous learning attitude.
