Factor accompanies young talent in the prelude to the UPV Employment Forum
This morning we had the opportunity to participate in the activities prior to the UPV Employment Forum, organized by the Integrated Employment Service of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
Our Director of People, Ana María Sánchez, has been present collaborating in the CV review session, one of the star actions of this previous week.
“It has been a very enriching experience. We have been able to share practical recommendations, learn about the concerns of young talent and show them how they can better project their professional profile. I have a very good feeling, both for the level of involvement of the students and for the opportunity to share how we work at Factor and what we look for in those who join our team”, said Ana María.
This action reinforces our commitment to continuous training, talent recruitment and the promotion of an innovative, human and constantly evolving industry. An industry that needs well-prepared professionals with attitude, curiosity and commitment.
The next event will take place at the Employment Forum on May 28th and 29th, where we will participate as a guest company at the FEMEVAL stand. A new opportunity to continue sharing with students and graduates our experience in the industrial and technological sector.
