Balance of participation in the UPV 2025 Employment Forum: an enriching and close experience

Connecting with young talent to drive the industry of the future
Factor Ingeniería has participated in the Employment Forum of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), organized by the Integrated Employment Service (SIE). The 2025 edition brought together more than 215 companies in an environment designed to connect young talent with real opportunities for employment and professional development.
During the two days, Ana Mª Sánchez Escribano, our People Director, attended to dozens of students interested in learning how we work, what profiles we are looking for and what opportunities we offer in an increasingly sustainable and people-oriented technology industry. It has been a very positive experience, marked by interest, closeness and the desire to add young talent to our project.
One of the highlights of the forum was the institutional visit to the exhibition space of FEMEVAL, with the participation of José E. Capilla Romá, rector of the UPV; Elena de la Poza Plaza, vice-rector of Employment, Lifelong Learning and Languages; Antonio Galvañ Díez, regional secretary of Employment; Raquel Carracedo Olivares, Training coordinator of FEMEVAL; Sara Roiz, Human Resources technician at KAMAX, and Ana Mª Sánchez Escribano, director of People at Factor Ingeniería.
This meeting visualizes the joint commitment between administrations, universities and companies to promote employability in the industrial sector and facilitate the incorporation of new talent into the labor market.
In addition, our participation began days before, with the involvement in the activities prior to the forum, such as the CV review session. In it, Ana Mª Sánchez was able to provide personalized guidance to students, share her experience and reinforce the value of proximity in the selection process.
From Factor Ingeniería, we would like to thank the Integrated Employment Service (SIE) and FEMEVAL for their excellent organization and for counting on us. This kind of initiatives are essential to build a stronger industry, connected with the educational reality and prepared for the challenges of the future.
